Questions people actually ask
Can I use Frame for residency or open-call applications?
Portals want uploaded files — JPEGs at their specs, each with title, materials, dimensions, year. Frame keeps those facts with each photo, and can prepare portal-sized files from a frame in one step.
Where do my files live?
In your own Dropbox. Frame reads and writes only its own folder there — never the rest of your Dropbox — and your Dropbox key never leaves your browser.
What does publishing share?
Only the frames you publish, only the fields you choose to show. Your images stay in your Dropbox — Frame never copies them out of your Dropbox. If an image ever goes missing there, the page says so honestly instead of pretending.
What is Frame?
A place to keep the things you make and the things you find — their photos and their facts — in your own Dropbox, and to publish the ones you choose as one quiet page.
What are Home, Shore and Sea?
Home is your own collection, private. Sea is everything anyone has published. Shore is the edge between: what you've published, and what you've kept from others.
